Lily's Rosé of Pinot Noir is made from grapes sourced from the Twin Cities Ranch, a single vineyard in Lodi, California. The vineyard's sandy soils and Mediterranean-like climate impart ripe strawberry, guava, and mango flavors to this rosé, balanced by refreshing acidity. A hint of grapefruit zest on the finish, along with candied peach rings, adds layers of complexity, making this a versatile wine for both casual outdoor sipping and more formal dining occasions.
Lodi
About 90 miles east of the San Francisco Bay, Lodi does enjoy cooling influences from the nearby Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, and white grape varieties thrive in these cool pockets. Established in 1986, this expansive AVA is one of the largest in the state, boasting over 100,000 acres of planted grapes and over 100 different varieties! It is essentially the flood plain and basin of the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, which means its soils are sandy and loamy.
