For orders of 15 or more gifts, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance. This gives our team time to coordinate inventory, personalization, packing, and shipping logistics to ensure everything arrives as expected. During the holiday season, we recommend ordering even earlier whenever possible.

All orders must be paid in full before shipping. Once payment is received, we'll begin processing and coordinating your shipment(s).
